Welcome to Become Childcare Coaching! My name is Angie, and I am loving, determined, empowered, confident, and a leader both in my personal life and in my childcare center. My journey in childcare began 17 years ago when I purchased a center so I could spend more time with my two amazing children. Fast forward to today… and I am now a remote childcare center owner!
This journey has not been easy, but it has taught me that in order to create the center I envisioned, I had to look within and become the best version of myself. My center is play-based and Reggio-inspired, and I am an expert in retaining staff and teaching emotional regulation to our team. It’s my passion to guide others on their journey to creating the childcare centers they dream of.
